Shipping Policy: 99% of our orders ship complete within 24 hours of being placed,
Monday through Friday, with the exception of any item that states otherwise. If
an order is placed on Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following
Monday. Any order placed after All "Air" orders placed prior to Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. If your shipping address is different than your billing address then there may be a delay in your order for verification purposes. You can expedite this process by making sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Returns: Texture Guns must be
returned within 14 days from date of purchase and must be unused. We will not
accept texture guns that have been used or damaged. LACO will exchange or
refund any unused products purchased from our site within 14 days. Items must be in brand
new unused condition and have no alterations in its appearance. Please contact us for return/exchange
information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions. Customer must call
LACO for a return authorization number and then send the unit or part postpaid
to LACO, with proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted without a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Credit: Once LACO receives the returned item, you should receive credit within
5-10 business days. LACO will deduct the actual shipping
costs of the returned item(s) from your refund or credit. Limited Warranty: LACO Company makes every
effort to assure that our product meets high quality and standards, and
warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
materials and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to the finish on brass parts, aluminum parts,
O-rings or rubber gaskets. This warranty also does not apply to damage due
directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents; repairs or
alterations outside our facilities; or to lack of maintenance. During the first 1 year of ownership, LACO will repair or replace, at its option, any unit or part which malfunctions due to failure of parts or workmanship. Owner must call LACO for a return authorization number, then send the unit or part postpaid to LACO, with proof of purchase.
